Position: Forensic Project Planner 
Location: Harefield, England

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Analyse and assess project schedules to identify potential delays and discrepancies 
  • Perform forensic analysis to determine the causes of project delays and disruptions 
  • Develop detailed reports and recommendations based on findings 
  • Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and legal teams to resolve disputes and ensure project alignment 
  • Utilize advanced project management software and tools to conduct forensic analysis 
  • Monitor project progress and provide updates to senior management 
  • Prepare analysis of progress trends and cost impact 
  • Support in reviewing and approving contractor invoices 
  • Evaluate manpower, labour hour, and labour cost requirements versus budget limitations 

Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience in project planning and forensic analysis, with a minimum of 5 years in a related role 
  • Strong understanding of project management concepts and methodologies (e.g., EVM, critical path analysis) 
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Power BI) 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities 
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines 
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus
